SELF DEFENSE, FITNESS, & FUN! We are devoted to the study of Traditional Japanese Karate for self defense, fitness, and fun. We welcome beginners and all other styles of martial arts. Learn to protest yourself while staying in shape and making new friends.

HIGH ENERGY GROUP CLASSES. Our members receive some of the highest quality karate instruction in the nation from Senseis with decades of experience. We offer classes three days a week, for beginner to advanced levels.

NO OBLIGATIONS. Interested in joining, but not sure if karate is right for you? Come and see what it’s all about! You can train for up to two weeks for free, and you may join at any point in the semester – just show up! Wear workout clothes – uniforms can be purchased later.

Classes are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday  from 5 to 7 pm

Beginner training is generally the 1st hour of class – come then if you’re just starting.
